Clinically proven 95% effective for initial treatment of heel pain (plantar fasciitis), better than expensive custom made orthotics. Non-compressible, medical grade viscoelastic with three different densities for additional cushioning where heel pain originates. White Zone, softest, provides pressure relief in the problem area (heel spurs, plantar fasciitis). Blue Zone, slightly less soft, relieves the inflamed plantar fascia and tissue. Gray Zone, still soft, yet a bit firmer, provides the hind foot with support. Slight lift relieves pain by taking tension off the plantar fascia. Slight medial wedge redirects pressure away from painful area. Reduces shock to knees, hips, and back. Does not absorb odors or exude oil. Clean with soap and water. Can be switched from shoe to shoe.
