In 1968, Lem Cox and partners established Alert Services, Inc in San Marcos, Texas to serve the sports medicine needs of their customers. Throughout the years, Alert Services gained a reputation for business integrity, quality products and customer service in the marketplace. These characteristics and values continued throughout the years and are our guiding principles today.

In 2001, Jenny Cox took over Alert Services and is now a woman owned and operated business. Jenny’s mission is to do whatever can be done to keep an athlete participating in athletics because she cares. That mission is the core of Alert and is instilled in her team. Her team is a family with extreme longevity in its sales force, office and warehouse staff dedicated to serving the needs of our customers.

Alert Services has 15 customer driven sales reps across the US, many of them certified athletic trainers and seven customer service reps. This expert team allows Alert Services to reign superior in customer service in the sports medicine industry.
